The Director of CRH is appointed by the Board of the Faculty of Health Sciences, and holds a three year term, which can be renewed. Further, the Management Committee comprises of the Director as well as some full-time programme staff, and the organisational Administrator. Together they are responsible for the day-to-day running of the organisation.
Over and above this, an Advisory Board comprising of nominated and invited members who have an interest in rural health, exists to provide the overall philosophy of and guidance to CRH. Under the leadership of the chairperson the Board meets bi-annually.
